Details

Commands in plugins can provide default key bindings. We would like to have a 
system where a plugin can provide a complete keyboard mapping from key pressed 
-> command (think of vi and emacs keyboard binding plugins for this). 
Additionally, we'd like for the user to be able to override a mapping.
This was done in 0.7.1
