Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
This problem is unique to a Lenovo laptop (with the joystick-thingy), and I have NOT replicated it on other machines with three-button pointing devices.
When using the built-in pointing buttons -- either right-click, menu, or middle-click -- a new tab opens... but does not begin to load. Instead, one must go to that tab and left-click the checkmark on the righthand end of the location bar to start the tab loading.
This is possibly related to bug 20618, and is new to Firefox 3.6 (no problem with 3.5.7).
Reproducible: Always
This MAY be a unique interaction among the software drivers for the Lenovo pointing device, the XPSP3 interface, and something minor that changed in Firefox 3.6. If so, I can live with it... it's annoying, but I'm not going to have that machine forever...

Cannot confirm as the machine in question has died. It is NOT a problem with a desktop using an external three-button mouse... but it never was.
I recommend closing, and have done so.

Glad it is working. Fixed is only used when we know what code checkin fixed the issue. Marking as WFM
