(1) Open composer
(2) Insert a table of 2 X 2.
(3) change the cell padding to 50 pixels.

No cell padding is done. This works fine on netscape 4.x.
can't dup this on win98 using comm build 2000092508, asking qa to verify on mac
and linux, sujay please reopen if you can dup this one
