Mostly done in http://github.com/jbalogh/zamboni/commit/7b8dd8595d755992e6537ca6b02bac912c750393

Still need to do the backend of the language dropdown, xenophobia, URLs, etc. but those are bigger than this bug.

This drops support for omniture.  Apparently we don't care about it anymore.

couple things:
* we should remove the linebreak in the license statement. I regret putting it in there because it messes up formatting in certain cases.
* The "other languages" box should be higher up, and seems to be missing the checkbox we recently added.
* The sneaky server name title on the period in the license statement is missing, and there's an extra space before the period.

I removed the linebreak.

Everything else has TODO tags on it, but I added the hostname to the period because I wanted to put settings in the context anyway.

aren't bugs TODOs? Why would this bug be called fixed? In the words of clouserw, sounds like a recipe for missing something.
