I don't know how to trigger this on command. Reproducible: Sometimes

Please give a URL, and also try safe-mode / new profile, for maybe this is caused by an add-on or by a profile corruption or by a setting. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

Giving you a specific URL wouldn't be very helpful. It occurs randomly with all image types. It doesn't occur in Firefox 3.6 though.
