To be honest, I'd forgotten about read receipts... until I just got one. So I went to turn them off in Thunderbird.

I figured I could turn them off in my account config, so I went there, but instead I was told there was a global read receipts screen... but no obvious way to get to it.

I suggest that there should be links to these items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access account settings.
2. Access an item for which a global preference is also an option.
3. You are unable to simply click the preference in question and have to go hunting for it in the preferences screens.
Actual Results:  
Had to go and find it. Took a few seconds.

Expected Results:  
Should just be able to click thru.
