542945 - i downloaded firefox but when i click to use it, it pops up saying an error message before it pops up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click desktop icon
2.wait 3 mintues
3.error message comes up
Actual Results:  
nothing just an error message say sorry we have to close mozilla do to an un forseen problem.

Expected Results:  
load the mozilla firefox webbrowser

It had accured later today with my first version of 6.3 so I went to the troubleshooting page with internet explorer it told me to try and uninstall it and reintall it but it didn't work so i tried the next thing on the list which was to go to the run on my sart menu and type in some file name and told me to delet it if there but nothing came up so now i am stuck typing my bug problem.

Searching for wsocommon.dll seems to point to it being spyware/adware. You should check your computer for infections -> http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Is+my+Firefox+problem+a+result+of+malware#Getting_rid_of_malware

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried safe mode any thoroughly checked for an infection?
