The Password Manager should provide shortcuts for selecting all passwords (Accel+A) and deleting them (Del). The latter should trigger a confirmation prompt if more than one password is selected. For implementation details see bug 476175 and bug 481959 where I did the same for the Cookie Manager.

Well, the Data Manager has support for these shortcuts, yes, but you can neither select all passwords nor delete all using those (and with "all" I mean "all", i.e. for all sites, MailNews accounts etc.). But I guess that's for another bug...
