There's a (new?) GUID blacklist in Zamboni, keeping non-AMO-hosted, well-defined GUIDs from being taken by an add-on. Unfortunately, the list is already quite long, and there's no easy way to find out what the GUIDs refer to. A comment field would allow us to write shortly what the GUID is from and/or why it's blacklisted.

I erased the GUID via MS Paint, in case anyone wonders why it looks weird :-)
