I checked through the add-on procedure and the dictionary is installed. Nevertheless, it can not be used (activated) Reproducible: Always

Hum looks like a bad install - can you try reinstalling please ?
Reporter, do you still see this problem when using a current version of thunderbird? And if you do not, please close bug report by changing resolution to worksforme
