Currently has a 3 minute one. Makes sense for cvs, not so much for hg.

Upon further review, the treestabletimer of 3 indicates seconds, not minutes. Along with a poller interval of 1 minute, waiting a couple minutes between pushes should work. Hoping that's a decent solution for everybody.
