SVG text rendered with a drop shadow filter (created using an SVG filter, see the XML file in the URL) causes some graphic anomalies.

Solid colours such as green and blue are fine, but other colours such as red and white cause artefacts to appear around some corners. This appears to be caused by
the anti-aliasing of the fonts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an SVG Text element to an SVG document
2. Create a filter that causes a drop shadow to appear
3. Artefacts appear.
Actual Results:
Small amount of artefacts appear around the edges of the fonts

Expected Results:
Solid colours on the text with a drop shadow beneath it

I wonder if this is the same issue as bug 471457
I didn't notice bug 471457 when I searched for this problem; it looks like it is the same problem that I'm having here.

Thanks!
