Many potencial contributors don't know how to start, who can help etc. I think it would be good to add some contact to every l10n team to some visible place.

Link to Mozilla Wiki is good start. For example: https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:cs

Pavel, I think this is a good idea and the I believe I speak for l10n-drivers that we all agree with you!  It's our intention to link to these very wiki pages from the new sign-off app...launch pending within a few days.

Other thoughts:  create a basic contact management system for the signoff app.  This might have a feature where a localizer could choose to make his or her contact information public for new community members to see.  We are mocking up something that we can share with you soon.

The new Pootle server includes the ability to specify information like this at a Project, Language or Translation project level.  This would easily allow a language team to point to their wiki page.  It would also allow the project owner to point to any instructions, resources or test platforms that relate to the project.

Pavel -> When the new Pootle server is deployed at Mozilla it would great if you could test this and see if it meets your needs.
