543975 - Image automatic resizing not scaling to ideal sizes for ex in forums

At first i thought img resizing was not working, but it was only the the zoom level affected them too (probably should not by default).

Then i noticed that the image is not resized to html size but the screen size, so its still too big and requires a horizontal scrollbar.

ImageResize plugin doesn't do this, but i don't know if it is because it is calulating correctly or taking  percentage. Regardless, it can fit-to-width by default.

On Windows I see no horizontal scrollbar on this page.

I have that issue from the last few days and still not resolve that one of https://canoesurfer.net/ and still have this issue and I have to done a lot of work before 30th july.
