Since upgrading to 3.0.1, I can no longer create a filter. The box comes up, but under the radio buttons for which criteria match, the next section is missing, so there is nowhere to put any information about the conditions in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create New Filter

Actual Results:
Missing Criteria Section

Expected Results:
Should have criteria section
Here is a screen shot of this occurring.
Hmmm, I'm not seeing this. Do you have any error messages in the error console?

Wow, I feel dumb. Finally took a closer look. It was a sizing issue. I had to expand the filter box for it show everything correctly. Probably should have some default sizing in here, so that this always at least displays everything you need.
There are serious problems with the styling of the filter editor dialog, I would agree. I've tended to just accept them, but some other bugs are going to force me to look at that soon.
