User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009032803 Iceweasel/3.0.6 (Debian-3.0.6-1) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.7) Gecko/2009032803 Iceweasel/3.0.6 (Debian-3.0.6-1) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use the search bar to search the Web for the word [ fred ]. 2. Open a new tab. 3. Search for [ barney ]. 4. Go back to the previous tab. Actual Results: The search bar still says [ barney ]. Expected Results: Because you've gone back to the first tab, the search bar should actually say [ fred ] again. At http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.mozilla.ui/3535 Alex Faaborg agrees that this idea is a good idea. This idea is like Camino bug 408078, but for Firefox instead.
