If an element has registered an event, after change its DOM structure, the event can't be fired.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Please click into the textarea.
2. Click outside the textarea.

Actual Results:  
The onBlur event can't be triggered.

Expected Results:  
The onBlur event should be triggered.
