3.1a1-candidates/build3/contrib is just a copy of  3.1a1-candidates/build1/contrib
I don't know why.

I need to upload real build3 files to 3.1a1-candidates/build3/contrib
and then sync them to thunderbird/releases/3.1a1/contrib.

But I've no write access to these folders and solaris_tarball/solaris_pkgadd folders under them.

That's because build2 and build3 were just for l10n repackaging, so I just copied over the contrib builds from build1 to build2/3

What's the difference with builds from build1 ?

Fixed permissions as well.

I backport the fix of Bug 492326 to avoid startup crash on latest OpenSolaris.

I'm now uploading new files to build3/contrib.

Can you fix the permission for
thunderbird/releases/3.1a1/contrib/solaris_tarball
thunderbird/releases/3.1a1/contrib/solaris_pkgadd
or just delete them?

Moved them to contrib.old (let me know so I can delete that) and re-created a contrib/ directory with 2775 perms, so you should be able to write to it.

I'm not able to do that, because I've no write permission to thunderbird/releases/3.1a1.

Instead, I created solaris_taball.new, solaris_pkgadd.new with 2775 under thunderbird/releases/3.1a1/contrib.

Please delete the old solaris_taball, solaris_pkgadd directories and rename the new one.
