Hi there, i need to commit test files for litmus and mozmill-tests directories on hg. My main reasoning for access is to manage testfiles for litmus, and also checking in occasional mozmill tests. the ones in particular are:

I do not need super-review approval access. asking ctalbert and coop for vouching.

Erica, do you have an updated Committer's Agreement on file for Tony?
