Details

I got a message from my friend who is using "Becky! ver 1.26.05" mail
client. When I tried replying the message, a recipient encoded as
ISO-2022-JP became garbage on To: field. It displays "=?ISO-2022-JP..."
format, not japanese.

On message content window (that shows message headers and contents),
the recipient name can be displayed properly. However, at Reply All
it will be garbage.

I won't attach the mail message. Please contect me if you need.
This could be a dup of bug 54501.
The problem does not happen with the patch of bug 54501, this is a dup.
