he window that says the firefox.exe process doesn't know complete appears closing windows.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close firefox
2.Click on the menu start and then click shut down the computer
3.and click again to stop the appearance of the window shut down the computer
Actual Results:  
a window appears and tells me the firefox.exe process doesn't know complete correctly. Each new computer startup, I am obliged to begin a new firefox session since the previous session is always present.

Expected Results:  
should the firefox.exe process ends automatically so that the browser do offered me to each new startup restore the previous browsing session.

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode might help you. this is usually caused by an addon, such as ghostery.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

The process ends normally except that sometimes, when I close Firefox and I reopen the again, now, he tells me that I must reboot my computer or kill the process while the latter is not displayed.
Is this normal?

You most likely have an extension causing the process to hang on closing. Does this happen with a fresh profile?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.

Sorry for the wait.
Then, with a new profile test, I I see that Firefox normally closes with the profile create while with my normal profile, the firefox.exe process does not exit: which earned me a session with each restart restore screen.
