The list of featured add-ons on the category landing pages are broken since 5.6. The add-ons displayed are do not always have the "Recommended" mark visually, and it seems like a random list of add-ons is chosen. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a category landing page
2. Look at the featured add-ons

Actual Results:  
Some of the add-ons displayed have no rating, some are not marked as "recommended" (in their details page, for example). 

Expected Results:  
Featured add-ons should include only ... featured add-ons

There are even addons from 2007 that have no ratings and support a max of Firefox 2 showing in the feature section of category landing pages. Totally borked...

The ones showing in the featured/recommended area aren't featured/recommended and seem to be random selections from that category. About 50% of the ones showing aren't even compatible with Firefox 3.6. Refreshing after a bit gives a completely new set.

Can we please get this and the other search bugs fixed on production? When is the next push planned or can these just be pushed now?
