steps to reproduce:
1.Go to http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/challenges page
2.Click on the design-"challenge with no designs"


observed behavior:404

accessing the same link when logged in,works fine.

I see the same behavior on accessing the design challenge "tralalala" when logged in

Removed kohana error page from stage and it displayed the following error:

/data/www/mcc.stage.mozilla.com/trunk/application/views/challenges/challenges_view_current_vote.php [27]:

in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument

this behavior is still happening

I tried deleting one of the designs from this challenge..I don't know whether that caused this bug.If so,just let me know.I'll then file a new bug.
