545023 - Rev3 Talos Windows 7 boxes misrepresent their OS, since Win7 is WINNT 6.1

While s/Rev3 WINNT 7.0/Rev3 WINNT 6.1/ would fix the bug, I don't really think the WINNT kernel numbers are very useful for our purposes, since they're the same for things like XP x64 and Server 2003, Vista and Server 2008, and Win7 and Server 2008 R2, which are distinctions we might want to be able to make.
