545047 - Remove test results table from editor review pages

The editor review pages have a link to the code validator, and a table that should display the cached validation results. However, in most cases this table will be empty, and we want to encourage editors to see the full details anyway.
Removing the results table will reduce the height of the page a little bit and it's a step towards the editor tools re-designed that was proposed a while ago.

This should be easy to do (unless I'm missing something), so I'll try to get this fixed for 5.8.

This should do the trick. I'm not sure how this will look for a review with multiple files due to the CSS, so that may need a little tweaking.
