User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) After a crash (Firefox has stopped working) I clicked on the 'restart Firefox' button and it did indeed restart but only restored the window that I was look at when it crashed. The other window with (I think 5 tabs) did not restore, nor was the information available in the session manager in the tools menu. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.not known 2. 3. Actual Results: Only one window opened instead of two. Expected Results: Both windows should have reopened. This has happened before but does not happen very often.
This appears to be a bug report for Session Manager, which is an extension. I don't know to what extent it interacts with the built in Session Restore functionality, but I would suggest getting in touch with the developer of that extension. Session Manager on AMO: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2324 You cat point the developer to this bug and it can be reopened if this is indeed a problem with Firefox and not specific to the extension.
