Example:
I have two different files : c:\Folder1\file.txt and C:\Folder2\file.txt.
I choose from Explorer menu at file c:\Folder1\file.txt "Send to" ,opening window "Compose Message" 
I choose from Explorer menu at file c:\Folder2\file.txt "Send to" and have second window "Compose Message" 
Then I Press send button on first window and on second window
As result I have two sended letters with c:\Folder1\file.txt in attachements.

Steps to Reproduce:
Example:
I have two different files : c:\Folder1\file.txt and C:\Folder2\file.txt.

I choose from Explorer menu at file c:\Folder2\file.txt "Send to" and have second window "Compose Message" 
Then I Press send button on first window and on second window
As result I have two sended letters with c:\Folder1\file.txt in attachements.

I'm unable to reproduce this with the given steps [using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20100111 Lightning/1.0b2pre Thunderbird/3.0.1 ID:20100111101938].

Can you attach a video or similar with e.g. Jing or another video screen-capture program?

It's a dupe of bug #356808.
The patch will be land on next relase 3.0.2.
Малинин Михаил Александрович please reopen it if when you upgrade to 3.0.2 this issue isn't fixes.
