Chris Beard suggested that we simply copy the dependentlibs.list into the OS X Firefox.app bundle if it is missing, using the extension. See bug 542004 for more info about this issue.

Kind of crazy but it does fix a big problem, and we can remove it as soon as Firefox is fixed.

Snuck in some small changes (version numbers of extension and app):
Sending confvars.sh
Sending extension/build/Makefile.in
Adding extension/build/dependentlibs.list
Sending extension/install.rdf
Sending newapp/modules/WebAppInstall.jsm
