Essentially this probably boils down to adding roles to nsAccUtils::MustPrune. Note AT could also choose to not walk children of these kinds of accessibles. I'm not sure where the fix belongs, but we can discuss here.

We should probably check the platform API docs to see if expectations are covered there.
I would be nice to prune buttons, checkboxes, and radios, but I'm unsure if this would break things.
