I would like to request commit access to mercurial(LDAP account is firstname.lastname@example.org)
To which repository do you need access?
(In reply to comment #1) > To which repository do you need access? mozilla-central
Ok, you'll need to follow the steps outlined at http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/. Basically, you need: * To attach your SSH public key to this bug * To sign the Committer's Agreement and send it to Erica (http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/) * Two vouchers to vouch for you * One super-reviewer who has not reviewed your patches to vouch for you
Summary: Request Hg commit access → Hg Account Request - Bas Schouten <email@example.com>
sr, r, vouch, a, ui-review+... whatever magic token's needed from me.
Created attachment 426086 [details] Public SSH Key Added my SSH-Public Key. Took SSH-2 RSA 4096-bits.
Whiteboard: ssh-key, voucher → ssh-key, voucher1
Adding Erica to confirm receipt of the form.
I have a form for Bas on file.
This looks good with vlad as SR assuming he has not reviewed his patches.
Vlad: Can you weigh in on Comment 10 so I can move this forward? Thanks.
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&field0-0-0=attachments.submitter&type0-0-0=equals&value0-0-0=bas.schouten%40live.nl All of Bas' patches. I just checked, and Vlad has never officially reviewed any of them.
Indeed, I actually checked on that a while ago and just forgot to update the bug. Over to IT for hg_mozilla and hg_mozsrc bits.

hg_mozilla and hg_mozsrc set, SSH key added to LDAP. Bas, if you run into issues with logging in/performing hg operations, please re-open. Looks like the ssh key was generated using putty, which is okay, but causes some issues during a copy/paste sometimes.

Did you copy/paste the attached key directly, or did you convert it into the proper OpenSSH format first? If it's not in the right format, it won't work. (just checking to see what you meant by "copy/paste" here)
I didn't convert it.
(In reply to comment #16) > I didn't convert it. Needs to be converted... otherwise, it won't work.
That needs putty and windows, which I don't have. Bas, can you please provide an ssh key in the OpenSSH format?

(In reply to comment #18) > That needs putty and windows, which I don't have. No it doesn't. You can manually do it yourself, or there's a script on dm-cvs01 that will do it for you.
Converted and added.
