Build ID: just pulled (trunk)
Steps to Reproduce:
(1) Open Manage Bookmarks or the Bookmarks sidebar panel.
(2) Right click on a bookmark
Result: No context menu, and our beautiful rendition of a box that shows up
when there's a menu is empty.
