Mozilla crashes printing the attached html page. The talkback incident
TB18221808G is for this crash.
Tested on Mozilla 092804 on NT4.

The culprits seem to be the <thead> and <tfoot> tags. With those tags removed,
the page prints ok.

Mozilla 100604 on NT4 no longer crashes. Marking as WORKSFORME.
