Happens OS: Linux 6.2
Doesn't Happen OS: 2000-09-26-04 Mac OS 9 (also w/ installer)

Actual Results: Left and top sides of .gif file are chopped off by a number of 
pixels.
Expected Results:

All the image borders looks fine.
