1) Search for last 24 hours

Troubleshooting:
There is 1 processor running
No waiting jobs
If I do a 1 day search, I see a ton of crashes (so there were processed)

Is the webapp's dump file urls configured?
Are the mod_rewrite rules configured?

Working now, I moved some directories around when we did the pythonpath moves and forgot to account for this.
