After discussing the database configuration with IT, we decided it would be better to store the database configuration information in openfire.xml instead of in the Openfire admin panel. This will let IT configure the database directly, without having to deal with the Openfire configuration panel.

Move the database connection setting to openfire.xml
Is this blocking 1.5.1?

This is really an IT issue - we can push 1.5.1 with or without this patch, as long as the database is configured in the right place. (The admin panel without this patch, openfire.xml with this patch)
