546486 - packaged builds have a lot of 'test' specific bits in them

I downloaded a .exe from the ftp server: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mobile-1.9.2/fennec-1.1a1.en-US.wince-arm.exe.

then I unzipped it on my phone and I see a lot of .exe files in the fennec/xulrunner directory that are test files.  In addition there is a reftest.jar file in fennec/xulrunner/chrome as well as all the other related reftest files.

We should remove these extra files as they are not needed for functionality and we could further reduce our large download footprint.

Obviously not the best way to handle this, but it works with our current maekfile.

We should move to a manifest for installed files, as a different bug.
