54650 - Sys3175 on clicking "Do not border with downloading plugin"

When I visited the above site. It complains about something that I do 
not have a plugin for (i.c. Flash). A windows popup with allso a 
little box saying that I do not want to be alerted when I do not have 
the plugin. When I click on that little box to activate it, Warpzilla 
ccrashes.
I'm using the build of 19092000...

This bug is XP.

Here is the recreation scenario for Windows:

Remove npnul32.dll from your PLugins dir - make sure you have neither 
npnul32.dll or npswf32.dll (flash). This will cause this default dialog to 
appear.

Go to www.aex.nl

When the dialog appears saying it can't find the default plugin, click on OK and 
the browser will crash.

This will especially be a problem for platforms that don't have NPNUL32.dll 
(That would be EVERY platform except Windows :)

Crash happens when the page which invoked the dialog changes but the dialog 
stays. The easiest test case would be just a redirection. Rasolving as a dup.
