Details

We'll need to support the new schema both when parsing/sanitizing incoming variables and when checking the build system for data.

Work that needs to be done:
1. update index.php to add additional case and parse/sanitize vars appropriately
2. update apache rewrite rules to properly support /4/ case
3. update patch.class.php to support new schema version
