This bug tracks the changes needed on *-mobile-master to get tests running for the N900 devices.

this patch makes the scaling option itself configurable master side. This will cause the n900s to blush if we try to run this. I have the default as enabled, but in the future I'd prefer to either do this in the buildbot startup script or default this to disabled.
