Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.sfgate.com/politics
2. Pan down to "Today's Chronicle" on the left side of the page
3. Click on the menu box under "View Section"

Actual Results:
Next is grayed and I cannot pan to the "Go" button.

Expected Results:
Next is enabled and I should be able to pan to the "Go" button.

That's one of the case where the Form Assistant is not very useful (snif), because the "Go" button is actually an image an there is no real clue that it act as a submit button.

I suggest to close this bug as a "Resolved Wontfix", and because you fill the whiteboard with formfill (thanks!), one day (I hope soonà we will be able to think about all these missed cases and do a more robust Form Assistant. But since the website didn't use the common standards for this case, this gonna be hard.

There is a input type="image" handle by the Form Assistant, maybe we should move this bug to Evangelism?
