546825 - Global add-on listing changes

Clearleft made the following changes when add-ons are listed in browse and search results:

* all backgrounds should have the blue gradient, regardless of featured or experimental status
* Contribution notices should not take up the entire width
* Metadata should be left aligned

Let's roll this in with the extension category work in 5.8. It should affect all categories, and hopefully will carry over when we implement the search results pages later on.

I switched /extensions over to this layout, so I'm calling the bug fixed.

D'oh, I didn't realize we had addon_listing_items and had just done this.  But cool that it exists...
