Brad, you still need this patch, right?  This patch isn't
related to the NULL argv problem, right?
yup, this is unrelated to the invalid entry point problem which caused the null argv.

I edited Brad's patch a bit and checked it in on
the NSPR trunk (NSPR 4.8.7).
