If you open the HP browser and go to File->Open File...
the file picker comes up but by default there are
NO file extensions displayed... just "()". This
means that you have to know the exact name of the
file.
Barrett, can you see if this is the same behavior on
Linux. If so, re-assign to someone in core CPD...
otherwise if it is just HP, reassign to John

Seems to be ok now. jdunn verified that it was working for him now, too.

the correct resolution would be WORKSFORME, then, but vrfy invalid to cut down
on spam.
