I've found that my Linux crash reports are never submitted on a brand-new Linux machine (x86-64, but I'm running x86 nightlies). I think we should consider submitting pending reports on startup (on idle, really). This way they are using the Mozilla network stack. (I suspect that the failure to submit from the native UI is due to missing x86 libraries (libcurl?) or something, but that's kinda beside the point).
If we do this, we'll probably want it to ignore reports older than a certain date, and also have some metering so it doesn't try to jam a whole bunch of reports in at once.

This was resolved using the infobar reporter.
