Puppet is putting a grub.conf in /boot/grub.conf, but that's not the one that's actually used (/boot/grub/grub.conf is used, instead). We should fix that, and be careful to ensure that we get the correct configuration for both the ix machines and the VMs. For now, we should remove it altogether, because it's confusing.
