When clicking 'Send' this error msg."An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  not our customer. Please check the message recipient [e-mail] and try again."

This happens only occasionally, perhaps 60% of time, perhaps 3 - 5 times on the same email, then sends ok.  Some emails go out on first "send".

This error msg. never appeared in earlier versions.

successful 'send'

Phenomenon you stated sounds next:
 - You dont't setup SMTP server setting of Tb with SMTP-AUTH(login)
 - Your server supports both "POP before SMTP" and "no POP3 login/no SMTP-AUTH"
 - If a while after POP3 Get Msgs(auth by POP3 login is effective),
      To:[e-mail] is accepted.
 - If long time after POP3 Get Msgs(auth by POP3 login is expired),
      To:[e-mail] is rejected, due to "not our customer".

(Q1) When problem occurs next time, try next.
     - Get Msgs for corresponding POP3 acount, and try to send again.
     Send successful?
(Q2) If your SMTP server supports SMTP-AUTH, setup correctly, as ISP requests.
     Does problem sitll occur even after correct setup?
