Please cd into opentochoice.stage.mozilla.com's Wordpress directory (I think that's /data/www/opentochoice.stage.mozilla.com/trunk/) and run the import-po.sh script found in there (you might need to svn up) with the following arguments:

./import-po.sh fr_FR de_DE it_IT es_ES sq bs_BA cs_CZ el pl_PL

This will pull the official Wordpress localization files from http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ into wp-includes/languages for these 9 locales.

I think I know what's going on. trunk must be a working copy of some wordpress repo, and trunk/wp-content is a working copy of our /projects/choice/trunk/wp-content. So you svn upped from the wordpress repo, and not from the ours, where my script was. 

Could you please go to /data/www/opentochoice.stage.mozilla.com/trunk/ and run:

svn export http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/choice/trunk/import-po.sh
./import-po.sh
