54756 - [Modern/Classic] composer edit mode tabs don't update selection

The Edit Mode Tabs in Composer have difficulties updating the currently 
selected tab.  Under both skins, bringing up composer initially results in no 
tabs being selected.  However, when you bring up a second Composer window the 
tabs work just fine.  Under Modern, when you click a tab it does not correctly 
become selected, although it does correctly flip to the panel it points to.  
Under Classic, clicking a tab does make it selected, but it does not de-select 
the previously selected tab.  I suspect this is an issue with the XBL code in 
xpfe/global/r/c/tabBindings.xml or a conflict within editor.js.

Considering that this is not one of the Modern bugs we agreed on, the fix will
have to be in pretty early in order to avoid getting cut.

After trying to figure what was wrong with this bug, I determined it had to be 
an XBL problem because all of our skin files looked flawless.  My suspicions 
were confirmed when I tried this morning's build and found that this problem no 
longer exists!  Woohoo!  Marking "WORKSFORME".
