User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2) Gecko/20100115 Firefox/3.6

This scroll bar is quite annoying. It didn't happen in my previous version of Firefox. When I updated it to version 3.6 of Firefox, that's when the problem first arrived.

I play Runescape and I like to switch between windows using alt + tab so then I don't have to use the mouse to switch windows. But now, when I switch between browsing windows, a scroll bar appears at the bottom. The scroll bar sometimes appears when I first click in the Runescape window, sometimes it appears once I start to switch between browsing windows.

This seems like a minor problem, yes... But it blocks out the whole row of buttons in the Runescape window. And this makes me have to scroll the window up, so I can see them. This defeats the purpose of using alt + tab, because I still have to use the mouse to switch windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to <http://www.runescape.com/game.ws?j=1>
2. Let Runescape game load.
3. Once it loads click inside the Runescape window.
4. Switch to a different browsing window using alt + tab
5. Switch back to the original browsing window and click inside the Runescape Window.
6. A scroll bar should appear on the bottom.
7. Scroll down, so then you can see the bottom portion of the Runescape window.
8. Switch between the windows again.
9. Go to the Runescape window.
10. The scroll bar should still be there and it will once again be blocking part of the Runescape window.
Actual Results:
There is a horizontal scroll bar that appears at the bottom of the window. This blocks part of the Runescape screen.

I scroll back down, so that I can see the blocked part of the Runesape window. Then switch to another window, and then back to the original. The Runescape window scrolled up, and blocked part of the runescape window again.

Expected Results:
The horizontal scroll bar should not even appear. I used Firefox 3.5 before, and it didn't do this. I shouldn't have to scroll back to my original location every time I switch between windows.
