404 Error Page on openchoice.org is incomplete: the page is displayed without CSS styles since it's missing all header informations (html, head, body tags) and corresponding closing tags.
The behavior is significantly different on production and stage: http://opentochoice.org/xyz http://opentochoice.stage.mozilla.com/xyz The latter is probably due to .htaccess changes from bug 546787.

This bug was apparently fixed by a deploy from stage to live related to l10n. Can you please confirm it is working as expected?
